To Set Film Speed:
Hold the film rewind knob, and use your fingernail to set the ASA number in line with the red mark using the little nubbin.
To Load Film:
Turn the knob on the bottom from Lock (L) to Open (O), then carefully pull rear cover off. Load 35mm film like any other camera.
